In my opinion, COPA is an example of useless paperwork. I'm glad it has been overturned. I hope it stays that way. Not b/c I am against protecting our children, but because COPA in no ways helps with this. There is no reasonable way to verify the identity of minors, which means minors can register and claim to be over eighteen (and do so all the time!). Look at social networks like Facebook and MySpace. One creates a legal mire with no practical benefits.
