Europe mulls ways to close broadband gap between Denmark, Bulgaria
The Western European countries have a high level of broadband penetration, led by Denmark, but many Eastern European countries are not nearly as fortunate - at the bottom of the barrel being Bulgaria. The European Union will be making moves to increase competition and thus distribution of broadband providers to close the widening gap between the West and East of Europe.
