I've especially noticed this as a problem with Verizon who continually finds new ways to charge you more while giving you less. Due to the monopoly they seem to hold in many areas because they have more towers in remote areas, many people, like myself, find themselves forced to deal with the relatively lousy service at high costs that Verizon provides.
